Remanufacturing:

We take the machine down to the bare bones. Clean, inspect and rebuild like new! American machines are built to last! We take advantage of up to date technology, while keeping it rigid. We will realign, scrape ways and replace all worn items and parts (Ball screws, bearing and seals) During the rebuilding process we will update the machine with new hydraulics and new lube systems. All controls, push buttons, limit switches drives and motors and linear scales will be replaced. Your machine will be like new for a fraction of new. Why take the risk of replacing a proven work horse!

Control retrofits:

We specialize in control retrofits onsite or offsite. Good old proven machines become a maintenance nightmare when the controls start to give out. We will remove the old control, servo motors and wiring. Provide complete new diagrams and install a new system with maintenance reduction in mind!

We will provide experienced engineering onsite to turn the project around with minimum downtime. We work closely with our customers to get the machine operation to match the previous control operation.

We offer special financial terms that will work within the maintenance budget. Just ask we will work with you.

We offer onsite consultation and laser alignments. We will work with you to check out your machine and offer realistic solutions.

Material and part handling:

We have done it all. Fanuc robot controls, cell controls, Allen Bradley PLC interface.
